The third collaboration between EarthQuaker Devices and Sunn O))), the Life Pedal V3 combines a Rat-style distortion with an analog octave-up circuit and a clean boost in one large-format enclosure. The distortion side features a three-way clipping toggle for OpAmp (compressed), Asymmetric (vintage), and Symmetric (modern) modes. The octave circuit adds upper harmonics that track your playing with analog precision, and the Magnitude boost delivers up to 20dB of clean gain for pushing solos or driving the front end.
